We would like to introduce automotive cover pump parts made of complex-shaped FCD material that have been polished. Using a special fixture, we perform one-sided grinding of irregularly shaped parts, ensuring a flatness of less than 3μm. The dimensions are approximately φ100 (irregular parts), and we can accommodate a lot size of 1000 pcs/month (prototype). Our double-sided grinding and lapping technology does not use magnets for workpiece fixation; instead, we grind and polish by sandwiching the workpiece between upper and lower rotating grinding wheels, allowing us to handle various materials, including non-magnetic and difficult-to-machine materials.
